Photos and measurements give the estimate a useful starting point. Site conditions still decide the final scope.
- Show the shed
Photograph all sides, roof, floor, base, and any damaged areas.
- Show the path
Include gates, steps, slopes, soft ground, and the loading location.
- Flag exclusions
Identify power, fuel, chemicals, suspected hazards, and concrete.
- Confirm the work
Review what stays, what leaves, and what the cleanup includes.

What is left after removal?
The agreed shed material is loaded and hauled away. Visible loose fragments in the work area get a ground-level pickup. Concrete, buried footings, contaminated soil, and hazardous materials are separate unless specifically reviewed.
- Wood, metal, roofing, floor framing, and ordinary hardware are assessed by material and condition.
- Usable or recyclable material is separated where practical and accepted.
- The estimate reflects access, volume, structure, and disposal needs rather than a flat promise.

Start with the questions that change the job
What should I send for an estimate?
Share approximate dimensions, shed material, condition, contents, base type, and photos of both the structure and the full route to the loading area.
Do I need to empty the shed?
Remove everything you want to keep. Identify chemicals, fuel, batteries, paint, and other items that may need separate handling.
Is concrete removal included?
No. A slab, buried footings, or substantial foundation work must be reviewed and scoped separately.
What if the shed is unstable?
Stay out, keep others away, and share photos from a safe distance. The condition must be assessed before work begins.
